Erin is the founder and the nurse practitioner at Lillie Aesthetics offering anti-aging treatments. She highly values client-provider relationships and strives to offer natural-appearing enhancements. She is detail-oriented and educating clients is her priority. At your consultation, you will discuss options to best reach your goals and to ensure that you feel and look their best. Erin has been in the nursing field for over 14 years working in a variety of medical settings including medical/surgical, orthopedics, pediatrics, emergency medicine, asthma/allergy, family/chronic care management, and obesity medicine. She obtained her bachelors of nursing from Towson University and her doctorate of nursing practice from University of Maryland, Baltimore. Erin is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the Nurse Practitioner Association of Maryland, and the American Med Spa Association. She has had the pleasure to be trained and certified by several infamous professionals in the aesthetics industry including Aesthetic University at Moksha and Injectables Edu. Erin takes pride in being a well-rounded, highly educated practitioner to provide the utmost care to all of her clients.

Ronni, founder of Vital Skin, is a Von Lee graduate and has been a licensed esthetician since 2015. Ronni’s passion and love for skin care was found after struggling with her own severe acne. Her approach to skin care is to treat our largest organ from the inside out. Ronni holds many advanced certifications in several corrective skincare lines, dermaplaning, chemical peels, microchanneling, Hydrafacial, and is a Face Reality Acne Specialist. Ronni also performs waxing, lash lifts, and brow services. As a former esthetics instructor, Ronni values education for both herself and her clients & continually invests in herself by staying current in the newest skincare trends. She is a preceptor for ProSkin+ Academy & offers hands-on training and mentorship opportunities for both esthetics students and newly licensed estheticians.
